It’s… the way you talk, the way you walk, the scars of your youth, and the scars on your skin that tell the story of what lives within.
For more than twenty years, I have walked alongside friends, family and complete strangers I have met in everyday life, on the street, at parties and on dance floors, through challenges with communication, addiction, depression, grief, fear, sexuality and movement.
What began naturally, one person at a time, has grown through years of experience, connection and meaningful change.
Now, I feel ready to open that space to people I haven’t met yet.
The Vision of Innerguide
Guidance that begins where fixing ends.
Not solutions. But Reconnection.
I work from presence, not protocol.
Rooted in experience. Guided by curiosity.
Exploring guidance in: Communication Sexuality Addiction and Dance.

A state in which someone tries to survive what feels too intense to face directly.

“The place where guidance, breathing room, and awareness begin to land.”
What is possible?
Not services to fix you, but spaces designed to walk alongside You.
A shared journey where individuals are invited to open, explore, and connect through awareness and curiosity.
Peace
A state of inner alignment where presence replaces survival.

“Where life continues to unfold and chaos still appears, yet awareness, acceptance, and connection create a safe space to simply be.”
Client experiences
“Honest, involved, and above all, deeply human.
At the absolute lowest point of my life, when all other support had fallen away and people went in different directions, Lynton suddenly stood in my living room.
He looked beyond protocols and acted where needed.
Not just talking, but doing.
Thank you for the support, the presence, and the way you showed up when it mattered most.
Lynton, I will never forget you!”
Gerard
“To me, Lynton is an extraordinary person whose insights can touch you deeply.
He has a gift for connecting the spiritual with tangible guidance. His calm presence and the way he truly listens invite you to reflect on yourself.
To me, he is a true guide, with a unique ability to help people grow and find their way.
Thank you, dear Lynton. ♡”

You’re welcome here, whenever you feel a connection.
Maybe you’re not here to be guided, but to remember that you already know the way.
